Dr. Toye is a board-certified anesthesiology and pain medicine doctor. She attended Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma, for her undergraduate degree. Dr. Toye then went on to complete her medical degree at Oklahoma University College of Medicine in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, before completing an internship and residency at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Toye then completed a pain management fellowship at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center and Carolinas Pain Institute in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She is a member of the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, Tennessee Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (Board Member), Tennessee Pain Society, Tennessee Society of Anesthesiologists and International Association for Study of Pain.
