Due to the special circumstances of the COVID-19 virus, we are experiencing significantly high call volume surrounding the following questions. Below is an overview of several key questions to hopefully ease concerns.
Is PMG open?
Yes, we remain open Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
What special efforts are in place to protect patients and staff?
We continue to follow the CDC Guidelines for proper hand hygiene, as well as thorough exam room sanitation following each patient visit.
Our patient lobbies have been rearranged to accommodate the six-foot social distancing requirements.
Additionally, patients may choose to wait in their personal vehicle rather than our lobby area. If the patient prefers to wait in their vehicle, we will text or meet the patient at the vehicle to bring them directly to the exam room.
Does PMG have masks available for patients?
Unfortunately, we do not.
Do you offer Telehealth appointments?
Yes, we offer telehealth/telemedicine for follow-up appointments only, especially for those with compromised immune systems. To schedule a telehealth follow-up appointment, please call 615.941.8538. As you know, in-person visits are preferred. We are suggesting patients choose the more concealed, private office visit with their provider at our Antioch, Centennial, Mt. Juliet or Murfreesboro location for a private office visit with your provider.
