We’re excited to announce our FOUR NEW locations–Centennial, Clarksville, Cookeville and Gallatin—now, with a total of TEN locations throughout the region—PMG is Tennessee’s largest, dedicated, pain management practice.
The Pain Management Group is a multi-disciplinary team of board-certified physicians and advanced practitioners dedicated to the treatment of acute and chronic pain. We have been caring for Middle Tennessee since 1996.
