Dr. Tran is double board-certified in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation. A native of Vancouver, British Columbia, he attended The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He completed his Internal Medicine year at the University of Alabama, Birmingham followed by his residency at Carolinas Rehabilitation in Charlotte. He then completed a NASS-accredited fellowship in interventional spine/musculoskeletal medicine at Alabama Orthopedic, Spine and Sports.

Dr. Tran utilizes a comprehensive treatment plan including various interventional modalities to treat chronic pain. Fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided procedures performed include peripheral nerve and medial branch blocks, joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, epidural steroid injections, spinal cord stimulation, and kyphoplasty. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, sand volleyball, and exploring the Nashville restaurant scene with his wife Brittany.
